Personalised Customer ServiceHello! I'm Nic, the owner of Red Plastic Factory (http://www.redplasticfactory.co.uk/). As a small 'one-woman' online retailer I know the importance of excellent customer service and I pride myself on providing an exceptional customer experience by: 1. Being personally contactable via email, phone or post. 2. Providing a personalised response to all to customer enquiries. 3. Contacting all of my customers via email to confirm that their order has been placed, again to confirm that their order has been lovingly hand gift-wrapped by myself, and once again to confirm that their order has been dispatched. 4. Including handwritten 'thank you' notes with every single order, no matter how large or small. 5. Dispatching ALL parcels via registered mail (which can be tracked online or via phone using a code available upon request). I personally track and trace each and every parcel that I dispatch to ensure that it has reached my customer. If on the extremely rare occasion that a parcel does go astray I send out replacement items IMMEDIATELY and remain in contact with my customer throughout to ensure that they have received the goods and are happy with their purchase(s). 6. I care about my customers. I listen to what my customers THINK and I listen to what my customers WANT.
