The jewellery charms are made using 3mm thick cast acrylic sheets. Acrylic is also commonly known by brand names 'Lucite' or 'Perspex'.
Acrylic is the hardest and most scratch resistant of all the plastics, it is easily drilled, cut and machined. These properties make acrylic a choice plastic to use in jewellery design.
